Junior Academy Outline
Each training session will consist of individual & small group instruction, followed by an extended period of small-sided games. This camp design allows the individual player to apply the technique acquired to different game-like experiences.

Striking the ball- Heading, Passing and Shooting
The approach to the ball
Contact with the ball
Follow though
Receiving the ball- taking the ball that is coming to you and playing it to yourself
Get into the line of flight of the ball
Choose the controlling surface and present it to the ball
Relax and withdraw the controlling surface
